Cancelling a reservation entitles the campsite to retain, as compensation, up to the following percentage of the deposit paid:

a) If the cancellation is made 7 or more nights before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded with no cancellation fees.

b) If the cancellation is made 6 or fewer nights before arrival, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

c) Once check-in has been completed at the campsite, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the reserved stay, even in the event of early departure.
